⭐️ A Typical Day

A Scrum Master JR supports the technical team with clerical duties.

You’ll be open to learning how to operate new technologies and using our software and applications too.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Lead a team of engineers through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development.
• Coordinating team’s work utilizing Agile format including daily, weekly, monthly cadence of communication. Hold team accountable to following standardized processes and team norms.
• Troubleshoot and identify issues as fast as possible and causes of performance problems using a variety of internal tools.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to ensure work priorities are defined, agreed upon, and align with business priorities. Work with operations, IT, and Agile team leaders to ensure alignment to priorities and manage resource dependencies
• Preparing and monitoring reports and metrics.
• This role also requires you to be flexible and undertake duties outside of this role specification from time to time, as required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in the use of computers, mobile devices, and software applications
• Demonstrate expertise of Agile development, Agile methodologies (i.e. SCRUM, KanBan) and related best practices (MANDATORY) Applications that will be taken into account range from 6 months to 2 years of experience.
• Fluency in English (near-native) MANDATORY (Only apply if you are fluent in English C1/C2)
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience in leading remote teams.
• Availability to work Remotely / Mon-Fri 9AM - 6PM
