What does sophilabs do?
We create software for companies in a wide range of industries who seek perfectionist teams that truly understand their needs. We build fast, simple and elegant user interfaces for web and mobile, using several different technologies on the front and back ends. Since we are customer-oriented, we choose the technology that is right for each client's project.

Yes. We apply Agile principles and use Scrum as a framework to organize our work. Scrum gives our teams higher ownership and accountability, and it allows individuals to work across a range of specializations.

How does sophilabs manage employee schedules and flexibility?
Each sophilabber has a defined schedule and must complete their effective hours on a daily basis. Temporary exceptions are permitted for university studies, health problems, or family issues.
Your work location time must be in the United States time zone (+/- 2hrs).
