Zinmoo started as a crazy idea two years ago and now it is a mature project with an increasing number of users using it.

The main goal of this project is very ambitious: to centralize as many real estate properties as possible in the world in only one site; and also provide the most sophisticated ways to navigate them.

It is a very interesting project given the complex and optimized architecture built behind the scenes.

The project was built over python and Django, using Google Closure as UI framework. We are proud to have chosen those technologies, we saved a lot of time reusing components available in the community.

TryBox is a proof of concept for a new learning platform, a simple and powerful IDE for tutorials on any technology, a mind blowing concept.

This application was created by the Sophilabs Team during the DjangoDash competition, a demanding sprint of 48 hours.

We are very motivated to continue developing this online IDE that will help to everyone on learning new technologies.

It was built on Django, Google Closure, nginx, fabric, 0mq, postgres, among others.

Drugline is a full-text question-and-answer database search engine. The database was developed in 1984 at the Drug Information Centre (Karolic), Department of Clinical Pharmacology, Karolinska University Hospital, Stockholm, Sweden. It contains questions and answers, which have been handled by the regional Drug Information Centres in Sweden, Odense (Denmark), and Turku (Finland).

The questions in the database are patient related and concern adverse effects, drug interactions, drug therapy and drug treatment during pregnancy and lactation and Drugline offers a set of tools to query and simplify the management of such hard and complex information.

Sophilabs is proud of being part of such an important project that aims to improve the health of many people.

Incrwd is a powerful yet incredibly simple engagement program for blogs that uses real rewards to incentivize users to visit websites, share their posts on Facebook and Twitter, and comment more often.

Users start earning points towards their rewards immediately, and are gradually motivated to register in order to keep their accumulated points. Site owners can offer their users giftcards from awesome brands, create their own giveaways and their own personalized rewards.

This project was very challenging, demanding a powerful infrastructure to serve thousands of requests per second. We used python/django with redis and mongo on the Backend and closure on the Frontend.

Fav Shop is another e-commerce site for the same company located in Stockholm, Sweden that financed Bijoux By Us.

This project was very similar to BBU. Our challenge was to customize Magento to show a totally new design and offer a new and trendy set of clothes.

The e-commerce solution was built on Magento using custom PHP components and javascript libraries.

The Piperska Group is a multidisciplinary and multitask group striving to enhance the health of the public and the individual patient through exchanging ideas and co-operation around the rational/ wise use of pharmacological and related therapies.

They asked Sophilabs to create a Content Management System where they could present the group to the world, publish medical papers, organize events and build a more direct contact with the stake holders.

We developed the website as requested and we are now working on improving some areas, including the development of a new publication management system.

The idea behind Horse Endurance is to offer a marketplace where Equine's breeders and buyers can meet.

Being a horse breeder you can manage your equines and related information. You can also sign up your equines on different competences and have the results automatically updated.

As a buyer you can review equine's information, photos, videos and compare results from different races in order to make the best buying decision.

Starting 2012, we teamed up with Stockholm located software company Seibo Software Studios to bring to life the new version of the Scandinavian Public Library Quarterly website.

We were able to identify most of the client’s needs and to plan a three sprint project.

We developed custom widgets and plugins for Wordpress and as usual, we made good use of scrapy for screen-scraping the old site and dump the content into WordPress import files.

At the end of the day we are very pleased with having executed the project exactly as planned, using different technologies and adding more experience to our repository.

The MAH Student Portal is a portal implemented on Liferay for the Malmö University in Sweden.

The main goal in this project was to bring useful information and the right tools to the students so they could self-manage their university related issues, such as register to a course, see test results, and even chat with teachers and friends.

The site was developed using portlets for the CMS Liferay, some plugins and an Oracle database.

Bijoux By Us is an e-commerce site for a company located in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our challenge was to customize Magento to show exactly what our client wanted. We did a lot of work but the client was 100% satisfied.

We created a strong relation with this customer and now we are planning on migrating the current site to a new Magento version.
